تشرح هذه السياسة متى يُعاد المال ومتى لا يُعاد. تُقرأ مع الشروط والأحكام، وتسري النصوص هناك عند أي اختلاف.

1 · رسم العرض التجريبي

عشرون دولارًا أمريكيًا. يبقى مقابل العينة المصنوعة من موادك. يُعاد كاملًا تلقائيًا عندما تعتذر إمباير عن تنفيذ العمل، إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال [REFUND_DAYS] يوم عمل من قرار الاعتذار. لا يُعاد إذا قررت ألا تمضي، لأن العينة صُنعت وسُلّمت. لا يُخصم من فاتورة لاحقة.

2 · الاشتراك الشهري

يُدفع مقدّمًا ويغطي شهر خدمة كاملًا. الشهر الذي بدأ يُكمَل ولا يُعاد جزئيًا، عدا ما يمنحه النظام من حق الانسحاب خلال سبعة أيام قبل بدء التنفيذ (الشروط، البند 6).

3 · رسم البناء

يُستحق عند القبول لأن العمل يبدأ به بطلبك الصريح. يُعاد ما لم يُنفَّذ منه إذا اعتذرت إمباير عن العمل أو أنهته لسبب يخصها.

4 · الإلغاء بإشعار ثلاثين يومًا

من لوحتك بزر واحد، ثم مكالمة تأكيد من إمباير. شهر الإشعار هو آخر شهر يُفوتر. تُسلَّم قطع الشهر المدفوع.

5 · الأخطاء في الفوترة

إذا حُصّل مبلغ خطأً أُعيد كاملًا خلال [REFUND_DAYS] يوم عمل من التحقق، مع سطر تصحيح في السجل.

6 · كيف يُعاد المال

إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها عبر بوابة الدفع، أو بتحويل بنكي عندما كان الدفع بالتحويل. بالعملة التي دُفع بها. مدد البنوك وبوابات الدفع خارج سيطرتنا.

7 · النزاعات

اكتب إلى [CONTACT_EMAIL]؛ يرد شريك ويُسجَّل الطلب في السجل. إذا لم يُحل النزاع فالمحاكم المختصة في الرياض وفق الشروط. للمستهلك حق التقدم بشكوى إلى وزارة التجارة.

Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains when money is returned and when it is not. It is read with the terms and conditions, which prevail in any inconsistency.

1 · The demo fee

Twenty US dollars. It is kept in return for the sample made from your material. It is refunded in full automatically when Empire declines the job, to the same payment method within [REFUND_DAYS] business days of the decision. It is not refunded if you decide not to proceed, because the sample was made and delivered. It is never credited against a later invoice.

2 · The monthly fee

Paid in advance and covers a full service month. A month that has started is completed and not refunded in part, except for the statutory seven-day withdrawal right before performance starts (terms, clause 6).

3 · The build fee

Due on acceptance, because the work starts with it at your express request. The unperformed part is refunded if Empire declines the job or ends it for a reason of its own.

4 · Cancellation with thirty days' notice

From your board with one button, then a confirmation call from Empire. The notice month is the last month billed. The paid month's items are delivered.

5 · Billing errors

An amount charged in error is refunded in full within [REFUND_DAYS] business days of verification, with a correction line in the ledger.

6 · How refunds are paid

To the same payment method through the gateway, or by bank transfer when the payment was a transfer. In the currency paid. Bank and gateway timelines are outside our control.

7 · Disputes

Write to [CONTACT_EMAIL]; a partner answers and the request is recorded in the ledger. If the dispute is not resolved, the competent courts in Riyadh apply, as the terms say. A consumer may complain to the Ministry of Commerce.
